RENT RANGES
Studio/Efficiency Apartments range from the high $650’s to $1200
One bedroom apartments range from $700 to $1300
Two bedroom apartments range from $850 to $1600
Three bedrooms range from $1000 and up
Four bedrooms range from $1250 and up
Five bedrooms range from $1400 and up
Luxury apartments range from $1,000 to $5,000+
Rent ranges are an estimate and are based on availability, area, and
your criteria.
LEASE TERMS
Typical lease terms are 12 months.
Short-term leases are any lease less than 7 months and are a bit more
expensive.
DEPOSITS
There will be a security deposit required for all rental units.
The security deposit is based on your credit, work history, rental
history and a background check. You provide this information when you
submit your application for the apartment.
Security deposits will range from $250 to the first months rent
depending on the community or the owner.
Additional security deposits may be required in the event of poor
credit.
SPECIALS
Apartment communities at times will offer special discounts as part of
their marketing efforts.
They frequently send us this information to keep us up to date so that
we can assist them in marketing their community to you.
Depending on your criteria, we are quite often able to obtain one to
two months of free rent or a lower security deposit for you. Which will
provide a lower out of pocket cost to you.

apartments available as well as private owned single-family homes, town
houses and condo's.
