In April 2012, Scott Parker purchased One on One Realty and began building a brokerage focused on personalized service and deep expertise in rural real estate. Scott brings a diverse professional background that includes finance and mortgage origination, event sales and coordination, rural property development, timber management, and manufactured housing sales and service. This experience allows him to guide clients through every step of the real estate process—from the early stages of envisioning a property to the moment they receive the keys.
Scott graduated from Portland State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. After several successful years in sales, he expanded his expertise by earning his Oregon Mortgage License in 2007. He obtained his Oregon Real Estate Broker’s license in 2009 and went on to earn his Oregon Principal Broker’s License in 2012.
