Know Your Property's Value

I’m Scott Parker, owner of One on One Realty. When someone asks about the value of their home or land, I personally take the time to look at the property and research comparable sales to develop my opinion of value.

Over the years I’ve worked with many rural and unique properties, where there may be very few recent sales and each property has its own character. In those situations, local knowledge and careful analysis make a big difference.

My goal is simply to give people an honest, thoughtful opinion based on the current market. I want my clients to price their property in a way that gives it the best chance to sell, while still capturing the value they’ve worked hard to build.
