Choose wisely, select the company that cares. 

When it is time to chose an agent I would love to encourage you to consider what is most important.  I my years of experience I have found a few key questions to ask and make sure you have found the right fit:

1). Does your agent know the neighborhood or area you wish to purchase.  At more importantly do they have the skill set to provide you with accurate and professional service.

2). Are they prepared to be honest and go the extra mile.   A great agent cannot only tell you what your property is worth.  But they can also guide you through what needs to be done and what your realistic expectations should be.  It's not always about money.  Sometimes its a need to move forward in life in a peaceful manner to help you and your family reach your goals.

The best way to make sure you're on the right foot is to sit down with an agent and have a serious conversation at not only what you need but also about what you want.  We are here to help and as you may know we only get paid when you dreams are achieved.
